FEE FOR MxL PROJECTED PRODUCTION ENHANCEMENT SERVICE

Spread sheet analyses to determine temperature profiles at approximately 30, 90 and 365 days at expected power and production will be generated. Madis will use that information and results from past installations to generate pressure profiles based on the viscosity reduction as indicated by the temperature profile and further modified by the pressure profile. The pressure profile is then matched to reservoir conditions to project a production rate.

There is no attempt to correct for bubble point transition or flashing of light ends as the method of operation with the MxL system has been to raise the temperature slowly in order to observe when such factors affect production and to adjust temperature settings to remain below such transition points.

Madis will provide the temperature and pressure graphs generated, as outlined above, via email in PDF format. Where background information, from previous installations is limited, we will base the projections on the available data and provide a qualified projection with the basis of the projection described. There is considerable variation from well to well which precludes Madis from guaranteeing the projections.

The fee for each analysis is $250 US which shall be invoiced with the emailed documents. Five candidates submitted at the same time will be processed for $1000 US. Should the analyses result in the purchase of a MxL system, 50% of the amount spent reviewing candidates, within the field, will be credited towards purchase of the system.
